The Last TemptationOpis:DIGIPACK DELUXE VERSION - NEWLY REMASTERED / NEW 24 PAGE BOOKLET / ALICE COOPER’S 20TH ALBUM, A MASTERPIECE / INCLUDES 4 LIVE BONUS TRACKS. The ten compositions benefit from the modern and dynamic production of Andy Wallace, Don Fleming, Duane Baron and John Purdell, making the link between the rock of the 70s and the heavy sounds of the early 90s. This brilliant concept album, imagined in collaboration with Neil Gaiman, with songs composed by Alice Cooper, Chris Cornell (Soundgarden), Jack Blades (Night Ranger and Tommy Shaw (Styx), Dan Wexler (Icon), deserved a deluxe version with Dave McKean’s illustrated work and superb drawings by Michael Zulli. The Last Temptation is a record that is sadly unknown to many casual rock fans. However, anybody who loved Welcome To My Nightmare would be well advised to pick this reissue up. They might find that Alice has built a musical time machine, an album that sounds timeless despite its 1994 release date. Alice made the strongest record he’d done since 1975. A masterpiece with many anthems such as Lost in America, Stolen Prayer or Nothing’s Free. Featuring Chris Cornell (Soundgarden), Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater), Stef Burns(Huey Lewis).
