Very Best of the..

Opis:Songs and stories have gone hand in hand for as long as human beings have sought out entertainment. The modern musical was indisputably born on Broadway in the first few decades of the 20th century. It was here that revue shows first evolved out of vaudeville. Basically, they followed the same formula some songs, a troupe of dancing girls and some slapstick comedians. The standard of the material on this 3CD set is amazingly high and, all in all, there are more than enough top tunes present here to keep you humming for a good long while.
