Beyond Bach And Vivaldi: Rare Unaccompanied Works For The Baroque ViolinOpis:Product Description Though Bachs set of six Sonatas and Partitas represents the pinnacle of writing for the solo violin, the Baroque repertoire was rich in compositions for the unaccompanied violin, much of which remains little explored. On this recording Augusta McKay Lodge, hailed as the real thing, a true virtuoso (Seen and Heard), explores masters of the genre such as Biber, Locatelli and Pisendel but delves deeper to include the impassioned works of Nicola Matteis, the Franco-Italian warmth of Thomas Baltzar and a series of other long-overshadowed works by their contemporaries.

Review Augusta interprets the German composer's other three movements with conviction, drawing attention to the adventurous harmonies of the and the polyphony of the Giga and Variatione. All is played with substantial accuracy and musical perception, and commendable style. --The Strad, July'18Autor:Augusta McKay LodgeNośnik:Audio CDPłyt:Język: Data wydania: 2018Waga: 0.18 gramWysokość: 0.6 cmSzerokość: 5 cmDługość: 5.06 cmUWAGA: Kupując produkt na tej aukcji zgadzasz się na wydłużony termin realizacji wysyłki (10-14 dni roboczych).
