Ready For Freddie

Opis

Ready For FreddieOpis:Grammy Award winning jazz musician Freddie Hubbard was one of the pioneers of the trumpet, with his talents being readily recognised by the likes of John Coltrane. His better performances as a soloist usually came in conjunction with Wayne Shorter (one of the supporting musicians on this particular album), although Freddie was a masterful musician irrespective of who he was playing with. Ready For Freddie was his fourth solo album and was originally released on Blue Note in 1962. As well as Wayne Shorter the album also features contributions from the likes of McCoy Tyner, Art Davis and Elvin Jones, with the overall album one of the better hard bop recordings.
