Ibadet Ramadani

Opis

Ibadet RamadaniOpis:Ibadet Ramadani proves her unique sense of versatile and profound songwriting on her self-titled solo debut. Pop, folk, Americana join here for ten impressive songs that sound modern and timeless. Releases as CD and Vinyl LP on Jeta Records. Ten years after the end of their band - the indie pop Darlings Super700, Ibadet Ramadani took her guitar to the woods. Alone in an arbor, she tried to find out if music could thrive once again on the breeding ground of her life--and if so, which one. And suddenly she was surrounded by songs. Carefully instrumented songs that are about farewell, of love, hope and pain. Songs all rooted in personal experiences, some were also catharsis. Ibadet never just circles around itself. Ibadet Ramadani's solo debut album is both a monument to her family and an intimate songbook on the condition humana. An album that sings things that seem strangely familiar to us and yet are universal in nature. Musically, accomplished producer Martin Gallop has wrapped these stories full of small and big wonders in an earth-colored cloak woven from delicate Americana threads. Depending on the incidence of light, folk, sometimes country appear, strings, Hammond and wind players adorn the work. Above all, the wonderfully clear and soothing vocals of Ibadet. Timeless, calm and in the best sense unformatted (pop) music that does not hide the underlying patterns but artistically avoids putting itself in the foreground.
